Felipe Regueira, LMHC
Growing up, I faced my share of challenges and ended up in counseling at a pretty young age. At first, I didn’t like it at all, but over time, counseling became a place where I could make sense of everything I was going through. Experiencing counseling at such a young age also gave me an understanding that the real cause of concerns often lies beneath the surface of what we initially present with. This insight helps me to be a more compassionate and effective clinician, as I strive to see the whole picture and get to the root of what my clients are dealing with.
As I got older, I decided to become a mental health clinician myself, hoping to give back what so many supportive therapists had given to me. My experience, combined with my training, helps me provide the kind of effective, meaningful support that I believe everyone deserves.
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, and a Level 2 EMDR clinician. I specialize in working with teens and families, and I help people of all ages work through trauma. Trauma can look different for everyone—sometimes it’s obvious, and other times it shows up as anxiety, depression, self-doubt, or relationship struggles.
What I love most about this work is seeing my clients find more happiness and balance in their lives. It’s incredibly rewarding to help families grow closer and to see people find peace within themselves.
If you're looking for support on your mental health journey, I’d be happy to talk and see if I’d be a good fit to help you along the way.
